Engagement
01. Protocol Agreement
By engaging DigitalBrandAI, you agree to the following terms. These protocol standards govern all project engagements, communications, and precision deliverables between DigitalBrandAI and the Client.
02. Scope of Execution
All work will be scoped in a Project Brief signed prior to project initiation. Changes to scope require a Change Order and may affect execution timeline and capital appreciation.
03. Capital Terms
Projects require a 50% deposit upon project initiation and 50% upon delivery. For retainer agreements, invoices are issued monthly in advance via secure crypto or wired protocols.
04. Asset Ownership
Upon full payment, the Client receives absolute ownership of all final digital assets. DigitalBrandAI retains the right to display the work in its global authority portfolio.
05. Liability Nexus
DigitalBrandAI is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or any outcomes arising from the use of delivered work. Our liability is limited to the total project capital value.
